Every other minute on the minute for 14 minutes, complete sets of:
1 Power Clean
4 Hang Squat Cleans
1 Push Jerk

Use 75% of your max Clean.

-then-

Every minute on the minute for 5-10 minutes (depending on class time remaining), practice Muscle Ups. You may do Muscle Ups, transitions only, false-grip pullups, or practice holding the false grip.

  3. Bwaaahaaaahaa - Brooke at 302 I'd say you won that fight, that is incredible! You put the T back in BEAST (as in Mr T). Several folks had astronomically high reps - way to go peeps! Carport....get fit and get educated.

  4. I scaled down today and only did 105. I was SUPER fired up to get a couple of muscle ups this morning. That was really encouraging.

  6. WLC ' ers - here is a delicious dessert. It's a homemade Larabar recipe and tastes like brownies. It tastes SO good, it's hard to believe its only walnuts, dates, vanilla, and cocoa powder.

    Weight seemed heavy today but glad I pushed it in the last round. Standing up from the squat cleans was my biggest struggle.
