  1. That was a real gut sucker when you throw those overheads into the mix. Thanks for counting for me Shane and Coach Drew. As usual I needed that early morning taser coaching.
Great numbers from the early a.m. crew! Nothing left on the table this a.m. except sweaty imprints on the floor.
And Excuse Me Sheena who was doubting multiple reps at 75lbs because her one rep max was only 85 lbs, knocked out several rounds at 75....whuhoooo on that Sheena!!

rx at old men's masters weight 95lbs - 237 reps
My goal was anywhere over 200 so I'm happy.

Im pretty sure I could have done more reps at a lower weight, but this was the first workout I could rx, so I did. ;)

  3. Way to go on RX Kista! I have never gotten 75# overhead so I think I will be scaling this one.

  5. well this morning was a tough one. I was hoping to get 8 complete rds but the constant oxygen cut off movements killed me.

I was at 7 rds plus 15-didnt get to the box jumps to complete 8 rds.

Bill did great as well as all others this morning, plus the ladies in the 2nd group were looking strong too!

    Great RX Kista!

  6. Kista....Had to be the socks!!!! Great job. I was the only one of the 5:15ers not doing rx which stings a tad but gives me something to work toward. Great job everyone.

  7. Eddie, all you need to do is get as old as Bill and I are and then your RX numbers will drop dramatically. But you will be doing the young folks' RX long before that!!
