    I'm so dad burn proud of you Carport Junkies and Barnyard Brawlers I could bust! You all left nothing on the field. There was a lot of beef (literally) and brawn out there Saturday but none with more heart and drive than you all! And don't forget Oatie the Motivator - I never would have thought a team 1/2 mile away could hear a single voice but I'll be ding wallied if they couldn't hear Oatie way across that valley! Way to go Carporters!

    I tried to Porch it today...but by the time I got to the 800M round those exponentially increasing ring dips required some jumping...

    Oatie is a ridiculous motivator. Her clear instructions have helped in both competitions. I think I may have to make sure she is available before I sign up for any more:)

    I should have followed Eddie up the alley for a shortcut...Sandy outted you on that Eddie...but she did add that you were coming back out of the alley after a wrong turn. You get bonus for extra mileage!

  11. So I was paying for last week's slackin hardcore this morning. 16:26 rowed 1000m instead of running the last round, pull ups with every color band we have :) and jumping ring dips.

  13. That why I say "hill." It isn't really a hill but after doing the other stuff and from yesterday's long run it felt like a big hill to my tired legs.

  14. It's downhill out the back door, and then after you turn onto 2nd ave...Between 19th and 21st, it's slightly uphill. Really. I checked. For a short stretch there might even be a 2% grade...but don't trust my carport math.
