    Jennifer-Congrats! an unassisted pull up was a huge goal for me. Feels good doesn't it?

    Oatie-I can't imagine you could be more supportive than what I see in the picture unless you actually helped to carry the log as well. That's awesome!

  6. Missed the Team this morning. I have the kiddos this week and our Tuesday mornings are absolutely ridiculous. Congrats Jennifer on the pull-ups!! I give up beer for Lent so I plan on taking up 40 days of health with pull-ups being one of my goals!! Hope to see you all in the morning.

    I think female rx is 185 but I'm not 100%.
