  1. 140 reps @ 145lbs (6 rounds + 14 reps) I think the cash out was worse than the WOD - I was gassed after that partly because Drew was working next to me and he was sucking all the air out of my space.

    Doing the TTB's in 3 round bursts really helped to keep them steady.
    Also discovered that flipping my mixed grip to "left handed" mode, made the bar suddenly, much much lighter. Given that I am left handed this makes total sense. Not sure why I was doing it the other way, except to say that it mirrored how I hold my hands for guitar??
    Can't wait to try DL Max again with new grip!
