    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
    3 Pull-ups
    6 Push-ups
    9 Squats

    -or-

    Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push-ups
    15 Squats

    Puppies:
    Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
    1 Pull-ups (or 3 Beginner or Assisted Pull ups)
    4 Push-ups
    7 Squats

    Buttercups:
    Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
    1 Beginner or Assisted Pull-ups
    4 Push-ups
    7 Squats

    Push ups went away-everything else was manageable.

    Sandy got her first 2 kipping pull ups this morning!!! wuhoooo! She watched a kipping pull-up demo video yesterday that Cori posted on Facebook - then dreamed about it all night - went in this morning and slam bam thank you ma'am ...2 right off the bat. Way to go Sandy!

    Drew-excellent job this morning - like that 25! BTW Alabama is an awesome team.........I've been trying to think of a word beyond "supremely divine" which captures their essence but I may have to invent one as I can't locate anything beyond that.
