    Whew, my hands were hurtin'! I did DL and Jerks unbroken but split up the cleans every round.

    Wendler Strength:
    Power Cleans 95x5, 110x5, 125x5-PR!
    8 HSPU on the min for 5 min
    8 Butterfly C2B pullups on the min for 5 min
