    I focused on REALLY getting to the bottom of the squat. Normally I just go to parallel, but today I went below parallel. I am very pleased with my #'s. My goal was to get 185 with excellent form and I surpassed that! Yay!!
    I cashed out with Cori and did box jumps and GHD situps.
