  5. Eating dinner with a group of Amish volunteers framing one of our homes in Pleasant Grove. Will have to run this Friday. It's going to ruin my golf swing Saturday. HaHa

  6. 64 reps Masters RX...gotta love that scaling. Us old folks have earned it ;0)

Drew you better watch that popping off to the other coaches... Cori was throwing 100 lbs around this morning like it was two buckwheat pancakes on that bar.

  11. Puma, come to the 5:30 class to start warming up. WOD at 6:30.

    I snatched 115# - a 10# PR!!!
When this wod came out I was really discouraged because my shoulders have been giving me so much trouble. But I went ahead a nd gave it a shot and I am so glad I did - 72 REPS! I spent atleast 45 min warming up. I started off doing pvc mobility stuff, burgerner warm-up, high pulls, etc. Then I did it all again with the 15# bar, then the 25# bar, then the regular 45# bar. After that I worked my way up to new PR weight. All that skill work really paid off in the WOD.

    30@45# - 1:15 (unbroken)
    30@75# - 2:00-5:05 (sets of 5's)
    12@100# - 6:05-10:00 (singles)
