  8. 7.6 mile run in 73min!!!
    I am so happy! It has been over 9 years since I've run that far. Wow! I didnt think I would ever do that again. I am training for a half marathon and only doing one long run/ week. it is working out really nicely for me. Its given me plenty of time to recover between runs and the CF wods still train endurance/stamina/etc. I am super surprised at how easy it has been to up my miles.
    When i trained for the mercedes half in 2003, It took me MONTHS to build up to 7 miles. I ran more than that today and it's only my 3rd week!! Yay CrossFit!! Yay MobilityWOD! haha
