It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

30 minutes to complete the following:
•Max reps pullups
•1-1-1-1-1 Max weighted pullups
•Max reps pullups

To start the wod, do as many pullups as you can do without coming off the bar. Then find your max weighted pullups. You have 5 attempts at this. Finish the wod with another max reps set (see how many pullups you can get in a row).
Score is combined total from both max rep sets times max weight in lbs.
ie. (30+20) x 100lbs = 5000

    score: 1645

    i've never gotten to 20 in a max rep pullup effort! yay! also, the last time we did weighted pullups on 12/4, i couldn't get 35#. so yay again!

  3. the body weight pullups felt easy after the 5 weighted pullup efforts. plus, i was trying to get to 30 b/c dave this morning said he could get to 30.
