  2. Today is the last day of the nutrition challenge! Make sure you get a coach to do your weigh-in, measurements and after pics.

    Also, please note that we will be closed Thanksgiving weekend if you haven't seen the notice from Nov 24-27th. We hope you have a great holiday with your families!

    And then I was thinking of another nutrition challenge starting next Monday running to Christmas Eve. Any takers?

    i think it would be a good idea to keep a food log and do weekly weigh-ins for this one! :) it will help with accountability, especially when those christmas goodies are plentiful!
