Tabata "Bear Crawl" Pushup
Run 1 mile

Clock starts for run on rising from last pushup.

The Tabata Bear Crawl Pushup is a Tabata Pushup. Pushup for 20 seconds. During the ten-second rest interval for each round, Bear Crawl to the opposite side of the gym (25ft).

Post Tabata score and mile time to comments.

    I am sO happy to have his mobility wod! This is a shoulder saver. I was able to do today's wod because of it. If your shoulder is feeling tweaky or just plain old hurts, grab a tennis ball and get to work on it.

  6. Amber, some days you're just not "on." Goal was to stay at least at 7 pushups. Dropped to 5 in round 6; never recovered. Goal was to run sub 8:00min. Blew that one too. Drew's obviously not pushing me hard enough.
