165 RX (HIIT) you can do most anything for a min or 2 need work on the snatch and HSPU

ReplyDeletethruster, snatch, c&j, and wall balls got me. can't snatch 135# or at least right now. give me a month to get that one
(i only got 2 snatches....was definitely the hardest part!)
