15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents
95 pound Clean and jerk, 5 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 4 ascents
105 pound Clean and jerk, 4 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
115 pound Clean and jerk, 3 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
125 pound Clean and jerk, 2 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
135 pound Clean and jerk, 1 rep

  3. holy cow, i feel like i've been to battle. my fingers are blistered. i have rope burns on my foot and leg (and i even wore pants and knee socks). my grip is shot. my arms are noodles. i don't know how those women did rxd weight! wow! i'm even more in awe than i was originally of the games competitors!

    all rx rope climbs (yay! most i've ever done in a wod!) and i tried to do men's weight...i failed at 125#x2, so i did 115x2 and then the last clean i did 115x1.

    WORDS OF ADVICE:
    -wear pants
    -wear long socks
    -tape your fingers beforehand
    -be prepared to use the hook grip for the cleans. (thank you drew for beating that in my head even though i don't like it)

  4. 14:18 - Rx Weight -
    I did 3 rope climbs, the rest I did 3:1 beginner rope climbs. I need to consider wearing my jeans in this WOD to keep my legs from getting burned up (like I did the first time I got rope climbs - thanks to Drew!)

  6. 10:20 rx with the mens load 145-225. my hands are blown up from the rope cori i feel your pain i got burns on my legs and my hands still hurt.

    I wasn't sure I could go all the way to 135 but I did! I am so happy!! This was the first time I have used a foot lock in a wod, also. VERY helpful!

    wow my elbow speed in the 3rd pull was to slow to rack 225 but the 1st & 2nd pull was to far out front to make up with slow elbows. but to end on a pos most of the rope climbs were 3 foot locks to the top. & fair control down.
