2 DL, 2 BF burpees
3 DL, 3 BF burpees
...
Continue for 10 minutes. Post rounds and reps to comments.

  6. I think I get it. It's an AMRAP so it's not 'do 1 the 1st minute, 2the 2nd minute' and so forth. Instead it's do as many as you can in the pattern of 1 of each, 2 of each, 3 of each, until your head explodes or 10 minutes are up, whichever happens first. ;-)
