"Nicole"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

  1. CrossFit does not ask for max efforts very often. Like “Lynne” this workout “Nicole” does and expects that there is no “gaming” the workout. At Carport CF we tell people we want to see you falling of the pull up bar. People whose score looks like:

    Are going for a number and not a max. Test your limits today.

  7. Kelly, I remember when we ran this a while back. And 20 minutes wasn't long enough for you.
    So we ran and did pullups, then ran and did pushups.

    you used the old trick "I" talked to Amber and she said..... :-)

    the air was heavy and the week was long.

    Dave "THE RUNNING BEAST" Johnson took a new name from man to beast. To add a litte crossfit to his training for the sub 4hr 26.2 (do the math on that and it is not far off most peoples 1 mile P.R.)
