Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
CASH OUT
For time - 200M run, walk across the balance beam without letting your feet touch the ground. If your feet touch, do it all one more time. :)

ReplyDeletewent to my first spin class at the jcc today. i sweated a lot. my heartrate increased a little. quads burned some. but the whole time, i was wondering how i was doing in comparison to the other people and if i was kicking their butts or not. hm....spin class definitely ain't crossfit!
ReplyDeleteI know right! After about a month I just got bored with Spin. Of course at my gym some of the instructors tended to repeat the same workout.
