Chest hits the deck, and chin over the bar.

  1. This is one of those workouts that is very difficult to scale for the masses. Below is a general scaling for the class.

    Big Dawgs:
    as rx’d

    The Porch:
    100 Burpee pull-ups
    The bar should be at a height that you don’t have to jump to to reach it

    or

    50 Burpee pull-ups

    With the pull-up bar is approximately one foot above your reach.

    Pack:
    50 Burpee pull-ups
    The bar should be at a height that you don’t have to jump to to reach it

    Puppies:
    35 Squat thrusts
    35 Assisted or beginner pull ups

    Buttercups:
    25 Squat thrusts
    25 Assisted or beginner pull ups

  3. the first time i did this wod, i scaled it to 100 burpees and 100 band assisted pullups. so i did 10 sets of 10 burpees and 10 pullups. the transition time between was a lot, but i got the work done.

  7. Sam and I ran it where you and I did Drew-on the 8 foot bar by the GHD machines. I got 14:31-I can do better.
