  6. I'm going to try and do this tomorrow if I can suspend my rope from an object suitably. I went to Jackson for today's WOD.

    Great job today everyone!

    And, I finally got muscle ups today! Did 5 or 6 before and after the WOD!

  7. Dave was truly on fire tonight. He is the king of the rope despite almost amputating his leg. I did 2 rope climbs, the rest 3:1 beginner, first ring dips no band the rest 2:1 band dips at around 14 min. Loved having Dave coach and Karl and scoot beating me badly!
