  3. I watched the mobility wod about recovering the calves and feet. It is exactly what I needed after doing yesterday's wod twice. I was telling Drew last night that my feet are really sore! Thanks so much for posting!!!

  7. woowee the games wod is tough! how ya like them apples!?

    i did diane for the very first time ever with 155# and kipping hspu's. the hspu's killed me! the first set of 21 took f-o-r-e-v-e-r!!! i'm looking forward to doing this wod in 3 more months when i have some more weight off of me.
