Complete 8 rounds:

40 yard sprints

*rest 30 seconds between efforts

then...

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

5 Power Cleans to Push Press 155 lbs
5 Ring Dips

Post fastest sprints and rounds completed to comments.

  1. So I still can hardly walk from all those box jumps! I can't come and then do Pinhoti pacing. I hope I am okay for tomorrow night...my calves are SCREAMIN'.

    Wod - 8rds+1ring dip, 75#

    I scaled down the weight today (ego check) because my shoulder was sore from pressing yesterday. I really like to do everything rx and have a hard time scaling back. It was definitely the best thing to do today. I felt good pressing and dipping.
    Those sprints were super fun!!
