Welcome back! Complete three classic CrossFit workouts -- Isabel, Grace, and Fran. There will be a 5 minute time cap for each workout followed by 5 minutes of rest. Grace will begin at minute 10. Fran will begin at minute 20. Every rep counts!
"Isabel"
For time:
30 Snatches for time, 135/95
”Grace”
30 Clean and Jerks for time, 135/95
"Fran"
21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
Thrusters, 95/65
Pull-ups
Record time in seconds for each workout. If you are unable to finish the workout in 5 minutes, your score is 5:00+reps remaining. For example, if on Isabel you only complete 25 snatches, your score is 300 seconds + 5reps = 305. Post score for each workout and total of all three scores to comments.
