1 Get-up Sit-up
2 Alternating DB snatches
3 Get-up Sit-ups
4 Alternating DB snatches
5 Get-up Sit-ups
6 Alternating DB snatches
... etc.
Start each AMRAP with 1 get-up sit-up. Post reps to comments.
Get Up Sit Up using barbell or dumbbell (Video) or without weight (Video).
