TARGET PRACTICE
Chest pass, overhead throw, or shot put a Danskin ball though the center squat rack to the target drawn on the brick wall.
10pts - bullseye
5pts - center ring
2pts - outside ring
Each athlete will have up to 10 attempts to earn points. Each attempt includes 10 throws to the target with a danskin ball of your choice. You must use the same ball for all 10 throws, however, you may choose a different ball for your next attempt if you would like. Score for each attempt is weight of the ball times points earned. Record the score from your best attempt. (NOTE - athletes should be able to make 10 throws in a minute so this will go quickly.)
Score is total reps plus points. Post total reps, points, and final score to comments. Compare Quarter Gone Bad to 9/17/10, 10/21/11, 10/5/12, and 11/15/13. Compare Target Practice to 10/20/17.
