Then

10 minute AMRAP
Run 800 M
30 pull-ups
30 wallball 20/14
As many DU as possible in time remaining

100/122 i finished the run at 4:37 and started DU at 8:50 i only got 62 because i was so dang winded��. It was a fun workout!
