Push-ups for Points

10 rounds for points: 20sec work , 40 sec rest
1pt - pushup
3pts - Ring Pushup
4pts - bar dip
6pts - ring dip
10pts - handstand pushup (*masters 60+ may use 1 abmat on hspu)

then

12 rounds for reps of Wallball (10/14): 30sec work, 15 sec rest

Score is points multiplied by reps. Post total points earned, total reps completed, and score to comments.

81, started with ring push-ups and tried to get at least one every round.
Rowed for calories using the 30/15 interval = 77.
Total points = 6237
