10-8-6-4-2 Back squat with 3-second pause at the bottom of each rep.

Then

3 rounds for total reps
3min on, 2 min off
10 DB Snatches, 50/35
20 Box Jumps, 24/20
30 Ball Slams, 30/20

I rowed 400m sprints x 11 with a 2:20 paceboat. I think I averaged about 2:18. Great workout.
