10 minutes to establish 3-rep max 1 1/4 Front Squat
Then
150 Wallballs for time. After your 10th WB rep, do 1 burpee. After your 20th WB, do 2 burpees. After your 30th WB rep, do 3 burpees. After your 40th rep, do 4 burpees....After your 100th WB rep, do 10 Burpees. No Burpees after that! Just shoot those last 50WB and you are finished!
