In honor of Navy Chief Petty Officer Mark Carter, 27, of Virginia Beach, VA who was killed in Iraq in December 2007.

Complete three rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

15 regular pull-ups
800 meter run

Last time we did this I did everything the same except I used the red band for pull-ups. My time today was over a minute faster and without a band, so I am pretty happy!

Sandy was so far ahead when I finished I thought she had left.

Riley was the only one doing 3 rounds - way to hang in there Riley!

Alex showed up this morning - good to see him.
