With a continuously running clock do ten double unders (DU) the first minute, 11 DUs the second minute, 12 DU's the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Hated to miss those dasterdly double unders this morning but we headed to Huntsville last night to find out the answer to this riddle: What is better than one grandbaby? TWO GRANDBABYS! We have a new grandson-John Calvin Jr. hooray!

Cynthia- DUS, 28 min + 8. That is 734 DUs. That is crazy! Sure wish I could have done those at Godspeed. Oh well:)

Okay- I am pretty sure that between the box jumps and this DU ladder, I may not be able to walk tomorrow. Holy calves! (and shins)
