This morning I woke up and thought my collar bone was broken. I knew the AC joint was a little "tweaky" yesterday...Must have slept on it wrong. 30 minutes later, it was a bit better, but still not great. anyone else experiencing shoulder ouch-iness?
Everyday-I figure it just goes with the territory;0)
stacey - mu progressions stretch those shoulders/pecs/traps out more than any other movement to greater proportions that anything you've ever done. :) i'm sore as heck - shoulders, traps, back. roll out your shoulders and rest. i can show you some mobility tomorrow with a lacrosse ball.
Thanks Cori! Will be there in am! I sure don't mind "muscle soreness" because it means I worked hard, but joint pain and "ouch-iness" makes me mad because it slows me down!
