so we have 2 people that have put their $20 into the pot for the nutrition challenge. in order to be eligible to win the money at the end of the challenge, you must - contribute $20 this week - have before weight, measurements and pics taken
try to do this at some point this week. wish i could be part of the challenge! i need some MON-AY!
My Left Foot... Doctor says stress fracture is VERY minor and I may be able to return to full activity in 3 weeks. I hope so! For now, I will be sporting a new "shoe". I am cleared for everything other than running and jumping. YAY!

3 x 1mile, 4 min rest between each
try to stay within 10 seconds on each mile.
