  1. Last time we asked you to scale Diane so that it was at a fast pace. Today do the opposite. Challenge yourself, both weight wise and with the progression for HSPU you are using. Try using a weight that you can pull 5-7 times. Do 3 reps, rest do three more etc…. Watch your form and your technique throughout the wod.

  2. Bricketts-fun? Are you mentally ill? Love the motivation you have! This one is gonna be nasty. I'll get about three HSPU on each round and then have to move down a scale. Looking forward to see how eveyone does.

  3. this is one of my favorite wod's! :) ya'll have fun! i'm consuming non-paleo food and working hard in park city, utah! there have still been no spealler sitings, but i will definetly try to stalk him at some point!

  6. Tonight- Run 400 Meters, row 500 meters, 30 burpees. 5:02. Really pushed for that sub 5:00. A lot of intensity inside the gym tonight. New young guys coming in with a lot of power and speed! Billy Ricketts ran 3 WOD's today. This guy needs to have his head checked! Good job everyone!
