30min AMRAP Ladder
Complete as many reps as possible in 30 minutes.
3 pull-ups
6 push-ups
9 air squats
After your 1st round of 3-6-9, do 1 ground-to-overhead 75/55. After your 2nd round, do 2 G2O. After your 3rd round, do 3 G2O., etc. Post rounds and reps to comments.
