ME Bar Dips

20 minutes to complete three ME Bar Dip sets. If the average of your 3 sets is less than 15 reps, do two more ME sets and take the average of those 5 sets.

1 min Deadlift, 225/155
30 sec rest
1 min Burpees or TTB
30 sec rest
1 min Row for calories
30 sec rest
