  2. Oatie...you forget what Coach is always telling us - this is carport, you are not punching a clock, you can have it your way. You could also just go with my philosophy...it's easier to ask forgiveness than permission.

  3. 6:05 this morning with an amazing amount of modification - 95 lb DL, red band row (for pullups), 30lb slam ball with squats (in place of front squats).

    Sandy and I have completed 3 years at Carport this month and I still don't have double unders. On the upside - we have a lot of good friends at the Carport and we're much healthier/stronger than 3 years ago.
