Rest Day

HOLIDAY HOURS: The gym will be closed Friday 7/4 and Saturday 7/5.

    O69 - Deadlift Ladder
    With a continuously running clock do one deadlift (men 275#/ women 185#) the first minute, two deadlifts the second minute, three deadlifts the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
    Use as many sets each minute as needed.
