"Chelsea"

Set up before a clock, and every minute on the minute perform 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Can you continue for thirty minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? Post results to comments. If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

If you've finished the workout before this time add +1 to each exercise, i.e., 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, and 16 squats each minute, and see if you can go the full thirty minutes. We've seen +3. Any +4's?

BURPEES-TO-BABY: 53 burpees!

  2. 11 rounds on the minute and 9 rounds not on the minute after that. I'll just say this about that....you know it was tough when you get back to the house and can barely lift your beloved coffee to your mouth. On the other hand it was a great change up in WODs - I liked it.

  6. Shane:

What was your time washing the RV and did you do it Rx?

  7. My question Shane is why 6am? If you had waited I'm sure Sandy, Sheenoozer, Eduardo and Josh would have come to help.

  8. Puma, yes I did go RX on the RV, plus stopped walked kids to the bus stop and wished them a great day. Had a time cap of 2 hours and made it! On top of that got to work at 9 am.

My wife reminded me of Cori or Drew this morning when she was saying "you have 5 MINUTES!!!"

  12. Are you thinking about doing the WLC but haven't quite jumped on the bandwagon? Do you drink diet soda? Would you have to give that up to take the challenge on? Here's an interesting article for you...it might help you decide to kick that habit and join us for the WLC!!!

I have read that some of the stuff we eat and drink makes us decompose slower. I guess it at the right potency it can have anti-aging effects :)
