  4. Did 5x5s at home of power cleans from ground and front squats at 105#, 53# KBS, 20# WBs. All UB except the WBs.

    Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
    135#M/95#F Power cleans, 3 reps
    6 Push-ups
    9 Squats

    Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
