  10. and last post, sorry. well actually it won't be my last post. my last post will be tonight when i post tomorrow's wod. i'm going for a PR on posting. not really. anyway this post has some relevance to everyone at the carport.

    my friend that works at lululemon sent me an email about a public goal-setting session that they are having on livestream tomorrow night at 8 p.m. central. here is the info. it looks really interesting!!

    begin her email:
    a really cool opportunity to listen in on a “Goals” session. This is something that is really pushed at lululemon – they encourage everyone to have goals set (1 year, 5 year, and 10 year) in all areas of your life (health, personal, career) whether you're wanting to stay with the company or not. They are hosting a public session on goal setting tomorrow at 8p CST. I thought I would pass along and if you’re interested, you can tune in. If not, you can delete my email. I will never know :)

  14. Cynthia - haven't done HSPU's in a very long time - used two abmats, but got all of them done. Everything else was Rx. 17:30 - wow those burpees were terrible!
