before the start of this one, my thought was possibly 15 rds, but after round 1 took me 1:03, my hopes were quickly dashed. the farmers carry slowed down considerably. legs were jelly at the end. it was fun running it with anna and casey this morning! to get more rounds, i would need to do my burpees faster and my farmers walk briskly instead of sluggishly. :)
I am disappointed in myself...after I finished I was tired but think I could have pushed harder at about round 7 to give myself enough time to finish a full 10th rd. Lesson learned.
Well- she beat you and she lapped me. Working side by side and watching her run away with it was tough! She earned her nickname tonight- The Beast! What a lung burner! 12 + 1
My 4:30 am alarm clock was no match for a 3 year old boy that didn't go to sleep til 11:30 and an 8 week old puppy who decided that 11:45 would be an awesome time to wake up the other dog for an hour long play session. Hopefully, I'll see y'all in the morning.
