  4. Super pleased with today - 5:43 @ 105#.

    Roughly a 2.5 min decrease in time and 10# more in weight since February.

    First time outside of the day we did DL 1-Rep Max to do a WOD with triple digits.

  6. yay anna! i'm SO proud of you! you are making amazing strides and it's so awesome to witness! :) congrats on hitting triple digits and congrats on that PR!

    on a different note, my goal was to beat the morning masters competitor since he was talking smack about beating me yesterday. ;) so, i threw down a sub 4 just for bill!

    i was really frustrated with how heavy this weight was for me. i guess the only good thing about today's workout was that it left plenty of room for improvement!

    In addition to the wod, I decided to try the Wendler 531 strength training at the back of the WODbook. I created a strength training plan to follow through July. It includes the skill work Cori and I have been doing. I am looking forward to seeing the results of this!
