I20 - BIG DADDY

Bodyweight OHS
C2B pullups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds. Compare to 9/1/11.

  1. Did this a little different adding weight until I hit my max and doing chin to bar pull ups.
    Round 1 - 35# 7, 5 PU (blue band)
    Round 2 - 40# 3, 4 PU
    Round 3 - 45# (PR) 1, 3 PU
    Round 4 - 45# 3, 1 PU
    Round 5 - 45# 1, 10 PU (went up to green band)

  3. like anna, i also added weight until i hit my max and did band assisted chin to bar pull ups (i had to start "kipping" them...i'm not sure if i was supposed to, but that was the only way they were going to happen).

    Round 1 - 15# 13 / 10(green - wasn't challenging enough)
    Round 2 - 20# 10 / 12 (blue)
    Round 3 - 25# 11 / 11 (blue)
    Round 4 - 30# 2 / 13 (blue)
    Round 5 - 30# 3 / 16 (blue)

    51 tabata box jumps

    i almost didn't come this morning when i saw OHS, but i'm glad i did! i definitely improved a bit. thank for the encouragement everyone!!

  5. Missplaced my notes, but my max reps for OHS at 35 lbs was 10, and my max reps blue band pullup was 4. Box jumps were 49 total.
