    RX 8:14 All nicely proportioned of course. Yes Maria I can swing a 1.5 pood KB... but don't look for the 70 pounder any time in the near (or distant) future;0)

    That Macie girl is a dancin' girl! Sometimes a girl just can't help herself....when that music starts there's no holding back! It's even better when you can start the music yourself :o)

    By the way....who is Corrie??

  5. 7:48 PR, but only by about 45 sec.
    then 5x5 squat cleans @ 115# on 2 min mark, and 20 du's every 30 seconds for 5 min.
