  1. We can't make it today but wanted to try to run something at home this evening quickly. We don't have a pull up bar - any suggestions for what we could sub?

  3. we did this about a year ago and my score was 362.

    today my score was 469
    76 pullups
    71 pushups
    136 situps
    186 squats
    i beat amber's previous PR...haha
    i'm sure she will crush this today.

    then i did some other stuff with ohs@95#, hpc@115#, 5 ring dips unbroken and 53# kbs.

  4. anna, you can sub anything really. jumping lunges? burpees? if you have a dumbbell, you could do dumbbell swings (like kettle bell swings). i you do burpees, i wouldn't put them before or after the pushups. :)

    98 pullups (10-10-10-10-10-10-10-7/3-6/4-3/3/2)
    81 pushups
    96 situps
    180 squats to the slam ball

    Front Squats 115x5, 130x5, 150x10-PR!
    After each set of Front Squats I did 5 bounding 24" box jumps.
