We can't make it today but wanted to try to run something at home this evening quickly. We don't have a pull up bar - any suggestions for what we could sub?
anna, you can sub anything really. jumping lunges? burpees? if you have a dumbbell, you could do dumbbell swings (like kettle bell swings). i you do burpees, i wouldn't put them before or after the pushups. :)
53 pull ups 70 push ups (I did notice you got 71 Cori) 91 situps 131 squats 345 All nicely proportioned. If both Annas had been there I might have hit 375 - but a no Anna day is not a great day.
