2012 ALABAMA CROSSFIT STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Come cheer for Drew, Amber, and Cori as they compete for the title of 2012 ALABAMA CROSSFIT STATE CHAMPION today from 10-2 at CrossFit Birmingham!
Registration is still open for Rx and Scaled men's and women's divisions. Everyone who competes automatically earns BINGO!!
8:00 - Registration
8:30 - Athlete Check-In
10:00 - WOD 1 of 3

CrossFit Birmingham will finalize the heat schedule and announce times for WODs 2 and 3 tomorrow.

    This event willgo quickly! There are only a handful of competitors. It's small but the competitors are good! WOD times for te second and third workouts have not been announced. Today's schedule is kinda "go with the flow". :)

    WOD 3 results:
    Amber 9:55
    Drew 10:42
    Cori 11:40

    25 pullups then sprint outside for
    15-12-9-6
    Deadlifts 275/165
    Box jumps 24/20
    Froggers
    Sprint back inside and do 25 pullups
