SURPRISE PARTY!!!

Alex's whole world is about to be turned upside down! His first baby, Will, is due in just 20 days. To celebrate with him, we are doing another Burpees Till Baby Challenge. This time, however, we are counting by FIVE's!

  6. Cynthia - 16:15 pack with knee pushups. Wow - I am terrible at push ups. I guess I will add pushups to my at home baby burpees!Congrats Alex!

  7. Alex- have a little talk with your new son Will and ask him if by chance can he keep this under 20 days - if he does I'll buy him the big breakfast at waffle house.

    Congratulations...a son or daughter is a wonderful gift from the Lord. When you lay eyes on that young fellow for the first time you will be changed forever. Nothing compares .....except your grandchildren!

  8. Won't be there tonight...trail running @ Red Mountain Park for the month of May. Should have come this morning. However, I will do the 10 burpees for the warm up prior to the run!
    Guess I know what WOD I'm doing @ open gym! :)
