  5. 5:30 pack - my goal was to keep up with Cori...but when I was on #11 of my first set of sit ups I heard Cori's bar start pounding out SDHPs and I knew I was toast. Good job Cori (you did do 14 situps didn't you?).
Anna G....next time you bring ice cream for a snack bring an extra please.

This workout was so soft I'm suspicious of what tomorrow will bring ;0(

  8. I've got my ears plugged I can't hear you!

Actually I thought briefly about scaling up as Sam had figured this was only 21 SDHPs. But after much calculation I determined it would be 49 and came to my senses. Besides that my Elite Masters Training Program doesn't allow me to scale up;-)

  10. For all the Carporters' "edification" here's a handy "pood/kg./lbs" conversion chart:

    1/4 pood - 4 kgs - 8.8 lbs
    1/2 pood - 8 kgs - 17.6 lbs
    3/4 pood - 12 kgs - 26.5 lbs
    1 pood - 16 kgs - 35.3 lbs
    1.5 poods - 24 kgs - 52.9 lbs
    2 poods - 32 kgs - 70.5 lbs
    2.5 poods - 40 kgs - 88.2 lbs
    3 poods - 48 kgs - 105.8 lbs
    3.5 poods - 56 kgs - 123.5 lbs
    4 poods - 64 kgs - 141.1 lbs
    4.5 poods - 72 kgs - 158.7 lbs
    5 poods - 80 kgs - 176.4 lbs
    5.5 poods - 88 kgs - 194.0 lbs
